Day Shift l Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Physiological Monitoring & Clinical Support: Perform active intra-procedural monitoring and calculations (heart rate, rhythm, cardiac output, shunting) while rapidly identifying and communicating critical condition changes to the physician and team. Physician Collaboration & Material Management: Anticipate case and physician needs in real time, adapting quickly during procedures and consulting with leadership on product selection and inventory management.
Patient Care, Transport &
Assist with room setup, patient transport, and post-procedure cleanupâensuring strict safety and infection controlâwhile educating patients on insertion site care, activity guidelines, and warning signs. Team Leadership & Operational Standards: Serve as a functional resource by leading staff orientation, training, and coaching, providing input on performance evaluations, and maintaining strict compliance with safety procedures.
What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following: Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Cardiographic Tech specializing in Electrophysiology credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): Advanced Life Support.

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
