✓LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW State Licensing Board Required and
✓LPC-Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC State Licensing Board Required
Education
✓Master's Degree Required
✓1-3 years 2 years of clinical experience post master’s degree required.
Qualifications
✓Policy and Practice
✓Develop & sustain standard of work. Development and tracking support of Gemba metrics (10%)
✓Staff Management
✓1-3 years 2 years’ experience working in an in-patient treatment setting.
✓Knowledge and the ability to audit for compliance of State, Federal and Agency mandated documentation.
✓Critical thinking - the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
✓Computers and Technology, Microsoft Office skills required.
✓Service Orientation — Actively looking for ways to help people.
✓Able to interact effectively with people of varied educational, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, skill levels and value
✓Communicating — Communicating effectively orally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience, express or exchange ideas by verbal communications.
