Education
✓High school graduate or equivalent.
Qualifications
✓1 year of public service and or customer service experience in a hotel, hospital, environmental services, or janitorial experience
✓Knowledge of housekeeping materials, supplies and equipment necessary to ensure a safe work environment.
✓Ability to conduct suitable training in the areas of housekeeping, sanitation and safety.
✓Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Time management and organizational skills. Self directed.
✓Ability to make quality, independent decisions.
✓Analytical and strong problem solving skills.
✓Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions.
✓Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality.
✓Ability to listen to others.
✓Competency in the use of a variety of computer hardware and software systems.
✓Working knowledge of both the EVS and patient Transport positions.
✓1 year Leadership experience

About the role

In this role, you will assist the Supervisor in coordinating and facilitating daily operations, addressing employee and customer concerns, and ensuring that all daily tasks are completed.
