Lead MRI Technologist – Orlando Regional Medical Center Join the award-winning team at Orlando Regional Medical Center as a Lead MRI Technologist and play a key role in delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services while providing leadership and support to the MRI team.

Wednesday – Friday Nights 5:30 PM – 6AM Full-Time

• Perform advanced MRI procedures while ensuring patient safety and quality imaging standards. Provide leadership, guidance, and daily operational support to MRI staff. Assist with workflow coordination, scheduling, and departmental efficiency initiatives. Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and Orlando Health standards. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care. Qualifications Education/Training
• Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology OR,
• Graduate of accredited school of Sonography OR,
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine OR,
• Graduate of an approved MRI technologist program through American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) Licensure/Certification
• Must have one (1) of the following:
• Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification OR,
• Valid American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification OR,
• Valid Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) certification
• Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification (MRI) or Graduate of an approved MRI technologist program through American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• Valid Certified Radiologic Technologist licensure by the State of Florida (Preferred). Experience
• Mandatory minimum of two (2) years MRI experience and experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Advanced imaging experience and proficiency, including 3D Lab, IR procedural imaging, Breast imaging or Cardiac imaging.
• Site proctor/preceptor for onboarding new hires and cross-training.
• Primary responsibility: Dual imaging roles, with current proficiency and routinely performing in secondary modality
