You’ll need
Licensure
✓Graduate from a school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master’s degree in Nursing, OR graduate of a Physician Assistant program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board.
Qualifications
✓Proven ability to lead and inspire clinical teams while maintaining a professional and collaborative demeanor
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams
✓Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
✓Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
✓Knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to APP practice
✓Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex and evolving situations
✓Ability to interpret and execute instructions across multiple formats (written, verbal, and data-driven)
✓Strong relationship-building skills both within and outside the organization
✓Three years of previous supervisory or lead experience.
