Certifications
✓Active State of Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) required.
✓National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
✓NBRC - Certified Pulmonary Function Technician Technologist (CPFT) or Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT) required within 1-year of hire to position.
✓Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).
✓AHA - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) provider certifications within 6 months of hire to position.
Education
✓Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Care Program with associate degree.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓One-year Pulmonary Function Testing experience and Two year’s inpatient Respiratory Care experience required.
✓Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
✓Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
✓Strong written and verbal skills.
✓Experience as an educator (coordinator of in-service, class, new equipment, etc).
Experience in a leadership role preferred.
