Qualifications
✓The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:
✓Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
✓Strong interpersonal skills
✓Good written and verbal ability
✓Exercises good judgment and problem-solving skills and effectively works in a team-oriented environment
✓Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and integration of factors involved in patient care such that clinicians are considered a resource to others in the department
✓Meets the clinical challenges of the complex patient
✓Interacts with other clinicians and/or professional organizations such that the clinician remains aware of current professional issues
✓Encourages staff development
✓Pursues clinical growth
✓Demonstrates respect in all communication
✓Problem solves in an ethical and effective manner
✓Demonstrates flexibility and teamwork
✓All clinical staff serving both inpatient and outpatient areas must attend evacuation training
✓All clinical staff must be oriented to restraint, seclusion and safety devices
