Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Customer Service - Home Health

AS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (LPN): you will complete all referral customer service and coordination process and procedures in cooperation with the Billing Department, Authorizations and Verifications Department, and Home Health and Hospice Scheduling Department, in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns.

Requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. In addition the incumbent will demonstrate flexibility, excellent telephone customer service, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
