7 p.m. - 7 a.m.

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and monitor patient progress. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions while assessing and responding to changes in patient condition.

Prioritize care and manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced acute care environment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support positive patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge plans.

Promote a safe environment while following evidence-based practices, hospital policies, and patient safety standards. What We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.

One year of relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

CPI certification within 3 months of hire for Behavioral Health departments, required. Additional Skills Required: Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills. Ability to comprehend policies and procedures and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
