Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Family Medicine

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) , you’ll play an important role in helping our patients feel comfortable and cared for.

You’ll work closely with providers and teammates to deliver high-quality care, keep clinic flow running smoothly, and support patients with both their medical needs and overall experience.

Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations and procedures in a family medicine setting Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health information accurately Prepare and maintain patient medical records ensuring confidentiality and accuracy Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments and follow-up visits Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Requirements Valid LVN license in the state of employment Minimum of one year experience working in family medicine or a related healthcare environment Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery
