Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training Master's degree in related field, preferred. 3-5 yearsIn related field.
Qualifications

✓Thorough and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills to work with a broad population that includes students, parents, professional staff, faculty, and community members.
✓Thorough knowledge of and skill in delivering programs.
✓Thorough skills to conduct needs assessment and development of new presentations / services to meet organizational needs.
✓Skill in using business software systems in the completion of work assignments
✓i.e., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
✓Ability to assess student developmental needs and be sensitive to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
✓Skills in judgment and decision-making, problem solving, identifying measures of system performance and the actions to improve performance.
✓Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
✓Excellent multitasking and follow-through skills
✓able to work under pressure managing multiple projects with attention to details.
✓As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct
