What You’ll Do: Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care Care for patients in their home and/or school environment Follow the patient’s individualized plan of care Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor the patient and communicate any changes or concerns Complete nursing documentation Help promote the patient’s safety, comfort, and independence What We’re Looking For: Current LPN license Compassionate and patient-focused approach Dependability and strong communication skills Ability to provide individualized nursing care Comfortable working independently in home and/or school environments Why 1:1 Nursing?
