$28 - $35 / per hour Maxim Healthcare is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Elizabethtown, KY to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the comfort of your patient's home. Shifts typically range from 8 to 12 hours, depending on patient needs.
Assignments may include pediatric or adult patients. Pay is based on relevant experience and shift type (e.g., day, evening, night).

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred. Maxim
