As a participant in the Skills Advancement Training Program, you will: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and document responses to interventions Identify and communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate supervisor or physician Collaborate with healthcare providers and coordinate care effectively Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a safe care environment while adhering to infection control and universal precaution standards Build confidence in delivering skilled nursing care through hands-on experience and mentorship Qualifications ?
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing ? Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License ? Current CPR Certification ?
