Licensure
✓Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
✓Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Wound Care Certified (WCC) or similar wound care certification. preferred
Qualifications
✓Knowledge of nursing principles and practices within the LPN scope of practice
✓Proficiency in medication administration and clinical documentation
✓Ability to measure and record vital signs accurately
✓Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
✓Effective verbal and written communication
✓Strong observational and critical thinking skills
✓Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary care teams
✓Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
✓Strong organizational and time management skills.
✓Nursing competencies are based on ACHC standards or department specific needs/specialties
