Provide holistic nursing care to patients in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Assist in patient assessments and document vital signs accurately.

Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices. Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other health care staff to ensure coordinated care. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff by following infection control protocols.

Participate in patient care planning and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Requirements Current LVN license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.

Proficient in using electronic medical records and other health care technologies. Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
