This role ensures a comfortable, functional, and secure environment for patients, families, and staff. Key ResponsibilitiesInforms management of malfunctioning equipmentVisually inspects equipment at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repairs, adjustment or lubricationMaintains building by performing repairs and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance activitiesAdheres to all hospital policies and proceduresPerforms work in a safe manner, follows safety precautions, utilizes all safety equipmentResponds in an appropriate time frame to repair requestsPreferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED2 years Maintenance/Engineering Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
