Vocational School Certification in a related field preferred
Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning License preferred
Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Qualifications
✓Five years of experience in building maintenance, plant operation, construction, or related experience
✓Five years of technical education related to maintenance
✓May be required for some positions
✓Valid State Issued Driver's License

About the role
Under minimal supervision, performs as well as maintains moderately complex preventative and corrective building systems. This includes but is not limited to mechanical equipment repair and maintenance, refrigeration equipment maintenance, industrial equipment maintenance & operation, general knowledge of electrical and mechanical system operation. Understands general building construction.
