The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance, renovation, repair, and upkeep of all buildings, grounds, and facility equipment, ensuring the safe operational readiness in accordance with current codes. Under the direction of the Director of Facility Management, this position is responsible for managing the maintenance personnel to ensure that the buildings, grounds, and hospital equipment are maintained in optimum operating condition creating a safe, comfortable environment.
Responsible for the maintaining the facility preventive maintenance program. Responsible for providing sound and professional advice to the Director of Facility Management, CCEO, CCOO, System
