About the role

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of building systems, utilizing your primary trade while developing additional skills across multiple disciplines.

What you’ll do
Perform preventive and correctivePerform preventive and corrective maintenance on the hospital’s buildings, equipment, and facility infrastructure
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintainTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of building systems, utilizing your primary trade while developing additional skills across multiple disciplines
Perform repairs to doorsPerform repairs to doors, hardware, ceilings, walls, flooring, fixtures, and other building components
Assist with plumbing, HVACAssist with plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance activities as operational needs require and within the scope of your qualifications
Support the operation ofSupport the operation of the Central Utility Plant by monitoring building systems, responding to alarms, and assisting with facility operations as needed
