The Maintenance Worker demonstrates knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform maintenance functions in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Keystone Center
Repair and maintain HVAC equipment General repair, painting, and maintenance of building Maintain grounds to include ice and snow removal and maintenance of parking lot Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Heavy physical workload lifting 50-80 pounds unassisted and in excess of 80 pounds with assistance. Requires prolonged bending, stopping, pushing, pulling ,kneeling and climbing throughout shift.
Must be able to drive a car and or a truck.
