You’ll need
Licensure

Certifications

Accredited Case Manager (ACM) preferred
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's) preferred
Qualifications
✓2 years of acute hospital case management or healthcare experience.
5 years of acute hospital case management leadership experience preferred
