Accredited Case Management (ACM) preferred
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Nursing preferred
Qualifications
✓2 years acute hospital patient care experience. Utilization/case management
✓experience.
Previous Case Management Supervisory experience. preferred
