Schedule Evening or Night Shift 5 (8-hour) shifts per week Rotating weekend manager call What You’ll Do You’ll oversee all sterile processing operations while serving as a key partner to Surgical Services and clinical teams across the hospital. Key

Associate degree in Nursing, Business, or related field
5+ years in Central Sterile Processing or surgical Technology 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Proven leadership and operational management skills Certification: CBSPD or CRCST (or ability to obtain upon hire) 10 CE hours annually required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift, push, pull up to 35 lbs Licensure & Clearances CBSPD or CRCST certification Act 34 clearance
