The Manager - Clinical Nursing for Chase Point is responsible for overall clinical supervision and coordination of person-centered quality care. This includes clinical operations, as well as fiscal and regulatory requirements.
Emphasize the importance of the employee/customer relationship to realize positive outcomes. Acts as liaison with other departments to ensure care is delivered collaboratively using an interdisciplinary team approach. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Minimum associate's degree or equivalent from two-year accredited School of Nursing. License/Certifications: Current Maine State Registered Professional Nurse license required. Current BLS certification required.
Certificate in Gerontology or Nursing Management preferred.
Minimum six months to one year's related experience and/or training. Experience in residential care preferred. Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $104,956.80 to $141,980.80 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
