✓Broad based knowledge of healthcare operations.
✓A minimum of 5+ years of experience developing, implementing, and overseeing outcomes of community health needs assessments, community health improvement plans and community-based programs required.
✓Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, highly iterative, and collaborative environment.
✓Demonstrated ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships with a broad range of internal and external constituents.

Experience with grant writing preferred
Experience with healthcare research preferred.
Demonstrated ability to foster cooperation, communication and consensus among groups and teams as well as lead, influence, coach, and guide others to help them achieve desired results. preferred
