Responsibilities The Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising clinical operations at the assigned location under the direct supervision of the Home Health Director.
The Manager ensures that all Associates, including skilled nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides, provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as agency and company philosophy, policies and service standards. The Manager also cultivates strong relationships with the community, other professions and key influencers in conjunction with agency and company goals.
Qualifications Education Graduate of a Nursing Program Required Work Experience 5 years of clinical experience, two of which must be recent in home health Required and 2 years of progressive management experience (7 years total), preferably in home health, which could include back office operations of home health quality management, staff orientation and education, patient intake, scheduling and staff management, or supervision Required Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Upon Hire Required and DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid Georgia Driver’s license Upon Hire Required Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital
