Qualifications
✓3 years of experience in HR technology with a strong preference for Infor, payroll operations, workforce management, data management, reporting, or related HR operations function required. 3 years of experience in HR system administration, employee data integrity, reporting, issue resolution
✓Strong data analysis skillset (e.g., MS Excel, Pivot Tables) required.
Healthcare, unionized environments, or complex payroll operations preferred.
Providing functional direction, leading workstreams, or managing cross-functional issue resolution preferred.
