CCNP/CCIE (or equivalent vendor certs), Cisco Collaboration/Voice, Palo Alto, ITIL, PMP preferred.
Cloud networking: Azure VNets/VWAN, AWS VPC/Transit Gateway, hybrid connectivity preferred.
Zero Trust segmentation, micro‑segmentation, NAC, and network automation (IaC/APIs) preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Qualifications
✓Manager Network & Unified Communications
✓Minimum of 10 years progressive network/voice engineering experience, including large, complex, multi‑site environments required.
✓Minimum of 3 years leading technical teams with 24×7 operational accountability required.
✓Hands‑on expertise with enterprise routing/switching, wireless, SD‑WAN, load‑balancing, DNS/DHCP, SIP trunking, QoS, and UC/collaboration required.
✓Experience with contact center platforms and call‑flow/IVR design required.
✓Demonstrated mastery of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem) and service reporting required.
✓Strong vendor management and budgeting experience required.
Healthcare delivery organization experience and familiarity with clinical communications preferred.
