About the role

The Manager will oversee twenty-four hour per day management responsibility and accountability for nursing care delivery, human resources, operation, financial, and quality improvement for the surgical unit. The Manager will ensure both quality and regulatory compliance takes place; educational opportunities are provided as well as maintaining clinical competencies of staff; and oversee financial management.
