About the role

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible start times from 7:00am to 8:00am and end times from 3:30pm to 4:30pm - No holidays or weekends!

What you’ll do
Manage the Division's DayManage the Division's Day to day finances and infrastructure
Assist staff and grantsAssist staff and grants managers produce grant submissions by providing clinical budgets, clinical facilities pages and other clinically administrative documents such as IRBs
Keep faculty up toKeep faculty up to date with new E&M and CPT codes as well as coordinating proper documentation in the medical record
Process bi-weekly payroll andProcess bi-weekly payroll and manages/facilitates human resource, compliance, training, etc.
Also, coordinate submission ofAlso, coordinate submission of the initial proposal, and if an award is made, subsequent progress reports
