✓Bachelor's Degree: Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years experience in building and leading healthcare delivery and/or system services with demonstrated abilities to implement transformation initiatives.
✓Minimum of 5 years leadership experience.
✓Skilled in business transformation and innovation.
✓Experience working with system and operational leadership teams, physicians, business partners, and other key stakeholders for business integration activities.
✓Experience delivering transformation within a dynamic, business-critical environment, able to balance speed, stability, and operational continuity as well as anticipate and mitigate business disruption risks.
✓Able to manage multiple priorities and demands simultaneously.
✓Demonstrated ability to use analytics to assess performance and create performance improvement plans.
✓Strong communicator in written and verbal communications, understanding the needs of different audiences and stakeholders.
✓Ability to create clear presentations and communication materials with strong presentation skills.

The Program Director, Business Transformation & Performance works closely with the System VP, Business Transformation and the EVP, Chief Transformation & Operations Officer in setting strategy for operations performance improvement. Serves as a trusted partner in coordinating large-scale initiatives, monitoring organizational performance, and ensuring priorities remain on track.
