About the role

The Practice Manager II oversees daily operations of a mid-size practice or small-to-mid scope across multiple clinics with moderate complexity.   • The Practice Manager II oversees daily operations of a mid-size practice or small-to-mid scope across multiple clinics with moderate complexity. Provides supervision, support, and guidance to ensure efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and achievement of access and quality metrics. Works closely with clinic physicians and staff to maintain and improve service delivery. Responsibilities
  • Oversees day-to-day clinic operations and staff performance
  • Ensures optimal patient flow and allocation of resources to meet service demand
  • Addresses patient care or service issues as they arise
  • Accountable for quality and access metrics
  • Works with clinic physicians to maintain and improve support services
  • Supervises clinic staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Facilitates maintenance, procurement of supplies, and contract services
  • Maintains a tactical, on-site operational focus
  • Demonstrates increasing financial accountability
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Competent to meet age-specific needs of the unit assigned Requirements and
