Manager, Property (730a-4p) Facilities and Construction Management - Kingsport, TN

The Manager, Property is responsible for complete operations of rental real estate portfolio of properties. The position requires an individual with excellent communication and management skills with the ability to maintain excellent tenant, building owner and vendor relations. In addition, the position requires a strong customer service orientation, administrative and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize wisely and have the knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements.

The position will be required to physically inspect the properties, oversee any and all maintenance functions in addition to the coordination of small scale construction projects. Must be able to provide information on operating costs and contribute to the budgeting process for the portfolio. The position must be able to assist in the development and implementation of an overall strategy for each project and closely manage property accounts receivables (including rent collections), leases and legal documents, as well as to oversee any necessary legal action.

The position requires that the individual furnish their own vehicle and insurance.

​Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Licensure as an Associate Broker preferred. Experience in Property Management or Real Estate required.
