Primary duties are to implement standardized processes and best practices; carry out the concept of one team, assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards; monitor every day activities and maintain an effective working relationship with internal customers and all key department managers.

Leads and assists in achieving the overall patient and physician experience to standard service levels.

EDUCATIONBachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent education/experience, required. EXPERIENCE TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN8 years experience in Admitting/Registration, financial counseling, financial clearance and insurance verification/authorization process within a hospital or related registration department setting.8 years of management, supervisory or team lead experience. is $92,643.20 to $138,964.80 / annual salaryThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
