Licensure
✓Must hold or be eligible to receive a Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist/Speech Language Pathologist license in the State where services will be provided.
✓State licensure must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
✓Must maintain all certifications and licenses according to the expiration date.
Certifications
✓SLPs must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
✓Must be certified in CPR or must become certified within the first 90 days of employment.
