Your work will directly influence the employee experience and strengthen the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities * Lead the operations, administration, and enhancement of employee benefits programs. * Oversee retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and deferred compensation programs. * Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, recordkeepers, and other benefit vendors. * Assist with negotiating contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure service excellence. * Develop cost-management strategies while maintaining competitive, employee-focused benefits. * Partner with Finance, HR leadership, and key stakeholders on planning, budgeting, and forecasting. * Ensure compliance with all applicable benefits and retirement plan regulations. * Analyze program performance, utilization trends, and market data to support informed decision-making. * Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster a culture of excellence. * Drive employee benefits education and communication initiatives.
Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. * Progressive leadership experience in benefits, total rewards, or compensation and benefits. * Deep expertise in retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and deferred compensation programs. * Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience. * Demonstrated success leading and developing teams. * Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. * Proven ability to implement cost-saving strategies while enhancing the employee experience. * Knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Healthcare industry experience preferred.
