Develop and lead initiatives focused on the research, application, and publication of data related to quality and performance improvement for the transplant department
1. Transplant Data- Oversees the data collection from new referrals for transplant, candidates, living donors, recipients to complete TIEDI forms for UNOS. Assumes leadership role in working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy of data collected and analyzed.
Organizes educational sessions and training for transplant staff designed to stay current with understanding SRTR methods and reported outcomes. Maintains transplant data tracking in accordance with UNOS, CMS and other governing bodies. 2. Leading People - Leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals.

Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, preferably experience with hematology oncology and/or Bone Marrow transplant and Cellular Therapy experience, and/or experience deep diving EHRs to obtain clinical information to enter into registry forms. Other Information Education
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline. • Associates Degree in appropriate discipline Licensure/Certification
• No licensure or certification required. Professional Experience
• With Bachelor's degree - Five (5) years of progressive experience in related field. • With Associate's degree - Ten 10 years of progressive experience in a related field Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities
