What We OfferThe Marketing Specialist will play a key role on the Demand Generation team by supporting the planning, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns designed to drive patient acquisition and support strategic growth across the Charleston and Hilton Head regions. This role will partner closely with the South Carolina region Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Specialist to support acute and ambulatory marketing priorities.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. position based in the Charleston or Hilton Head Island, South Carolina region. The role is primarily in-office and requires a strong presence within the local market. Because this position supports both the Charleston and Hilton Head markets, the ability and willingness to travel between the two locations as needed is required.
A successful candidate will be both analytical and strategic, with a strong understanding of the patient acquisition journey and the ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes. This person will be comfortable supporting multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously, working across teams, and using data and insights to make informed recommendations and drive continuous improvement. The role requires someone who is naturally curious and passionate about understanding the “why” behind campaign performance and audience behavior.
The ideal candidate enjoys testing new ideas, learning emerging marketing techniques and channels, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and reach. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, execution, management, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns supporting patient acquisition and priority services across the South Carolina region. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives, target audiences, budgets, and timelines.
Partner with Digital Demand, Digital Experience, Internal Communications, External Communications, Community Engagement, Social Media, Business Development, and other marketing teams to develop coordinated campaign strategies and tactics. Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Stay current on evolving marketing channels, paid media strategies, audience trends, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency or external partners, as appropriate, to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and consistently. Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, campaign performance, and the overall patient acquisition strategy. What We're Looking ForEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business. Graduate Degree, preferred.
Minimum of one year marketing or advertising experience, required. Experience in digital and email marketing, preferred. Additional Skills (required): Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
