You’ll need
Education
✓Familiarity with University policies, infection control practices, and relevant regulatory requirements
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years of experience in Materials Management or Supply Chain, including prior supervisory experience
✓Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment as a proactive self-starter
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to provide and follow detailed instructions
✓Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a proven commitment to exceptional customer service
✓Advanced computer proficiency, including experience Workdays SCM system or related software applications
✓Skilled in process analysis and improvement, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
✓High attention to detail with experience in data entry, spreadsheet management, and report generation
✓Proficient in basic math and inventory-related calculations (e.g., replenishment metrics, units of measure, package counts)
✓Ability to manage strict deadlines and follow protocols with consistency and accountability
✓Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record in accordance with UCLA Health or UC system policy; enrollment in the California Employer Pull Notice Program may be required
