✓Strong supervisory skills, including monitoring performance, coaching staff, and taking corrective action to support safe and effective patient care.
✓Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary clinical and research teams.
✓Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate work within schedule constraints while managing multiple simultaneous responsibilities.
✓Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment in fast-paced clinical environments.
✓Ability to support and contribute to process improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and team engagement.
✓Knowledge of business and management principles, including resource allocation, staffing coordination, and leadership techniques.
✓Effective planning and organizational skills, including identifying priorities and meeting deadlines for both clinical and administrative tasks.
✓Proficiency in MS Office applications, electronic health records, and managing clinical or research-related data.
✓Five (5) years of professional nursing experience is required.
✓Experience as an Oncology and/or Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy RN 2 is required.
Experience with infusion therapy in the outpatient environment is preferred.

About the role

Participates in and oversees daily patient care operations to ensure safe, high-quality infusion and clinical research services.

Organizes and conducts staffOrganizes and conducts staff training, competency assessments, and educational programs to support clinical and research readiness
Investigates event reports, ensuresInvestigates event reports, ensures appropriate documentation, and escalates high-risk situations to the Nurse Manager or Risk Management as required
Tracks attendance patterns, approvesTracks attendance patterns, approves schedule adjustments, and supports self-scheduling to maintain consistent unit coverage
