Medical Assistants are an important part of the care team who work closely with our licensed practitioners to provide care to our patients. This role is responsible for administrative and clinical tasks, such as maintaining patient records, preparing patients and rooms for examination, and assisting physicians with exams.

Associate Medical Assistant Required
Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants or Coursework/Training: Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program or Coursework/Training: Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces or Coursework/Training: Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical
obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration or Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months)
6 months prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment. 6 months previous experience in a healthcare setting working with an Electronic Health record (EHR). Washington Medical Assistant Registration within 60 days of hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 6 months of healthcare experience. 6 months of Medical Assistant experience.
