This is a combined posting for an Associate Medical Assistant Certified (Associate MA-C), Medical Assistant Certified (MA-C), and Medical Assistant Registered (MA-R). Role overview and what you’ll be doing As a Medical Assistant, you’ll help with administrative and clinical tasks like scheduling appointments, updating information in EPIC and taking patients’ vital signs at appointments. Our clinical environments foster a feeling of teamwork and provide pathways to leadership for MAs with a desire to advance their careers.

Coursework/Training: Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Medical Secretary or Health Unit Coordinator/Clerk Medical Assistant Registered WA, Seattle (Seattle, Wa) Min: $23.30, Max: $34.90 Associate Medical Assistant Certified: Required
Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants. Or Coursework/Training: Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program. Or Coursework/Training: Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces.
Or Coursework/Training: Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical
obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration. Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months)
6 months prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment. 6 months previous experience in a healthcare setting working with an Electronic Health record (EHR).
