✓RMA- Registered Medical Assistant (verified through AMT, American Medical Technologists)
✓NCMA- National Certified Medical Assistant (verified through NCCT, National Center for Competency Testing)
✓ARMA - American Registry of Medical Assistants
Education
✓High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
✓1+ years of working experience as a Medical Assistant in a Hospital, Primary Care, Emergency Department, or Urgent Care setting
✓NRCMA- Nationally Registered Medical Assistant (verified through the NAHP, National Association for Health Professionals)
✓CPOE certification required within 2 weeks of hire if MA certification is not obtained at hire
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire obtained through the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA)
