Medical Receptionist, All Locations Available

The receptionist serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.

Answer phone calls and direct them appropriatelyCheck patient into the electronic medical recordEnsure patient packet questionnaire is complete, if not assist patient in completingAddress patients questions or needsReview M. D. visit orders to manage and expedite ordered care (e.g., referrals, follow up visits, DME orders, test orders and medication orders)Print paperwork for patient education and/or test instructionsCheck patient out of the electronic medical record at completion of visitSupports goals of department/organization.

High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent (required)
