What you’ll do

Conduct thorough initial assessmentsConduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and mental health
Monitor vital signs, intake/outputMonitor vital signs, intake/output, and other clinical indicators to detect changes in patient conditions
Recognize and act onRecognize and act on warning signs of deterioration, such as changes in heart rate, respiratory rate, or mental status
Safely administer prescribed medicationsSafely administer prescribed medications (oral, IV, subcutaneous, intramuscular) and monitor for adverse effects or allergic reactions
