The Lead functions at a Medical Technologist III level and requires advanced blood bank expertise, certification, and demonstrated leadership experience. Position Details:Medical Technologist - Blood Bank Lead - $10,000 Sign On Bonus! Full TimeMercy - RogersRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, or clinical or medical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.
At least four years of laboratory experience in high complexity Blood Bank testingRequired
Current certification as medical technologist/medical laboratory scientist or categorical MT/MLS certification through the American Society for Clinical Pathology or equivalent. Other: Operation and maintenance of standard laboratory equipment. Skill in phlebotomy procedures.
Basic Computer knowledge. Preferred
