Enters data and updates MedMax Credit card holder's accounts. Provides superior customer service while maintaining high standards of excellence mandated by MedMax Credit and clients. Understands all appropriate policies and procedures, basic knowledge of The Credit Card Act, and provides follow up on the accounts that do not meet the MedMax Credit card guidelines.
