✓Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibility (five years preferred) in healthcare management or related industry experience to include people, projects or programs required.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated competency in leadership, people management, operations, finance, communication, innovation, and change management methodologies.
✓Operational experience must include demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment with physician, scientist, educator, administrative, supervisory, and allied health staff.
Demonstrated leadership experience in quality, patient safety, healthcare improvement, clinical operations, or a closely related field strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional work and achieve measurable outcomes in a highly matrixed healthcare environment. preferred
Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with physicians, nurses, other clinicians, administrative leaders, and multidisciplinary teams. preferred
Strong strategic, operational, financial, and data literacy, including the ability to translate data and insights into action and accountability. preferred
Demonstrated experience leading change, improvement, and transformation, including redesigning processes and challenging established ways of working. preferred
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly to clinical, operational, and executive audiences. preferred
Demonstrated curiosity and ability to understand and apply emerging technologies, analytics, automation, and AI to improve healthcare operations and outcomes. preferred
