Serves as the first point of contact for both prospective and current members at our fitness center. Combines customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all members. Responsible for conducting faclity tours, promoting and selling memberships and services, and coordinating appointments for massage and consultation services.
The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and motivated to support members in achieving their wellness goals.
